Ingredients

Of dough

3 cup flour

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoon sugar

2 tablespoons corn oil

1 / 41 cup water

              Oil for frying

The meat stuffing

2 tbsp olive oil

1 onion chopped

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1 / 2 kilo minced meat

           Salt and pepper

1 teaspoon pepper (Cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and cumin crushed fine)

1 / 2 cup balls (or green onions) chopped

1 / 2 cup diced tomatoes

2 eggs scrambled

For stuffing bananas

3 bananas

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 scrambled egg

2 tablespoons sugar

       Cardamom, cinnamon and cloves (crushed fine)

       Honey and crushed peanuts for garnish



Way

Of dough

- Mix the flour with the salt and sugar.

- Add oil and water gradually to flour mixture.

- Knead for 10-15 minutes, until dough consists of a homogeneous and smooth (can use electric perineum for 5-7 minutes).

- Divide the dough into small balls the size of walnuts.

- Sprinkle a little oil on the smooth surface and lays the dough into thin circles diameter of about 10 Sntimatrut.

The meat filling

- Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat and brown the onion and garlic for five minutes, then add the meat and season with salt and pepper and spices, and stir until meat is cooked.

- Add tomatoes and green balls, and finally add beaten eggs, stirring quickly until all ingredients are homogenous.

The banana filling

- Banana cut into rings with the addition of high lemon juice immediately after cutting.

- Beat eggs with sugar and add the bananas and stir, then add cinnamon and cloves.

- Put a tablespoon of filling (either meat or bananas) in the middle of a circle of dough, and apply securely in the form of an envelope.

- Heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium heat, brown and applied for two minutes on each side, or even tends to the golden color.

- Applied decorated banana with honey and pistachios.
