Crispy Roasted Chicken




Ingredients

1 chicken (section 8 pieces)

½ cup sour milk

½ teaspoon cloves

½ teaspoon ginger

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon activities

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

2 cups flour
 

 Heavy oil for frying

Way

- Wash the chicken with salt and flour, rinsed and dried.

- Mix yogurt with half the amount of spices well.

- Season with the exact amount of the remaining spices and stir.

- Put the chicken pieces in yogurt mixture (so covered), cover and leave in refrigerator for two hours at least.

- Raise the chicken pieces from Altaatbalh (subject to hold as the amount of liquid) with flour, covering completely.

- Fried chicken in hot oil until brown heavy from all sides.

- Lift the paper towel to absorb excess oil.

- Provides a hot chicken with French fries and ketchup, or with coleslaw (coleslaw).
