Template minced meat Meat Loaf (gluten-free)




Ingredients

2 tbsp oil
1 cup minced onion
1 green pepper chopped
1 shredded carrots
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 / 2 kilo minced meat
2 eggs
1 cup tomatoes (drained)
1 / 2 cup crushed or milled rice
1 / 4 cup grated cheese Barmazan
2 tbsp oregano (or dill or parsley) minced
Salt and pepper


Way

- Heat oven to 190 ° Celsius.
- Heat oil in pot over medium heat, add onions, peppers, carrots and garlic and stir of 70-10 Dqliq, until tender and remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
- Add rest of ingredients and season with salt and pepper and mix well until homogenous.
