Authority beets with grapefruit



Ingredients

1 kg beet (beet)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Lobes red grapefruit and white, without peel
Cloves orange, without peel
Green coriander leaves for garnish


Way

- Wash the beets (beet) and placed in cold water over medium heat.
- Cook for half an hour, or until cooked, depending on size.
- Drain water and leave to cool then peel.
- Boiled beets cut into rings high.
- Dissolve the salt and pepper in vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil.
- Add to the beets and mix well and leave the mixture until smooth and saturated beet flavor other components.
- In the serving plate, stacked rings beet and cloves, grapefruit, orange, and green coriander leaves adorn.
