Onion Soup
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter 6 large white onions, sliced 2 tbsp high flour 7 cups chicken or beef broth Salt and freshly ground pepper to make French bread slices mozzarella cheese, grated cheese, turkey (Barmazan) grated
Way
- Heat butter in a pot on medium heat then add onion and stir for 8-10 minutes until it becomes tilted to the golden color. - Sprinkle flour over onions and stir for 3 minutes or until there is no trace of flour. - Add broth gradually while continuing to stir until the ingredients are homogenous, and leaves until the mixture begins to boil. - Reduce heat and season the mixture with salt and pepper and leave for 15 minutes or until fully mature onions. - Mixed with mozzarella cheese Albarmazan. - French bread cut into slices and cover each piece an appropriate quantity of cheese mixture, and submit to the soup.
