Steak with Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients
5 Steak Beef Steak
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion large chopped
Large 3 tablespoons flour
2 cups beef broth
Crow's Nest 2 cup (mushroom), sliced
Bjørah potatoes, cauliflower / broccoli boiled (to make)
Way
- Season with the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides and cover well with flour to get rid of excess flour.
- Heat oil on medium heat and fry the steaks for 5 minutes each side or until color is tilted to the built and flying by.
- Add onion to same pan and brown until it becomes tilted to the golden color.
- Add the flour and stir with the onions so there is no trace of flour, then add broth, stirring until homogenous components.
- Add the mushrooms and steak and returned when you start to cover the boiling mixture and reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until full maturity and the sauce thick with textures then flipping to the other.
- Put the steaks in a plate and cover sauce and served with Bjørah potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli boiled.
If the vessel does not widen the reddening of all the pieces of meat once can Thmerha in stages until full maturity and kept aside so that they remain warm.
