Kofta Daoud Pasha
Ingredients
1 / 2 kilo minced beef (15% fat)
Salt and pepper and spices
Large 3 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 cup onion slices
2 cups tomato juice
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 cup chicken broth
1 / 2 cup sliced green peppers
Way
- Heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a deep bowl, season the meat with spices, stirring by hand until the overlap components.
