Coffee and chocolate biscuits



Ingredients

11 / 2 cup chocolate pieces + 2 tbsp

1 / 4 cup butter

3 / 4 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 / 4 cup flour

1 / 4 teaspoon powder Pkinj

   1 teaspoon coffee Expresso

3 / 4 cup chocolate pieces

Way

- Put chocolate pieces with butter in a pot on medium heat until it melts and mixture is overlap, lift and leave aside to cool slightly.

- Add the sugar gradually, then eggs, stirring using a wooden spoon.

- In a separate bowl, mix flour with Baking Powder (corn with the addition of salt).

- Add the coffee mixture to chocolate mixture, then add the dry ingredients gradually, stirring until the components merge and we get the dough mass somewhat.

- Add the chocolate pieces, stirring, leaving Balbrad dough for about two hours until the hold.

- Heat oven to 170 degrees Celsius.

- The dough is in the form of fingers of small (the size of dates), the fingers on the sheets stacked on the dimensions of the oven.

- Bake oven for about 70-10 minutes.

- Leave to cool, Lay in a plate, served with cappuccino / coffee or tea
