Piccata turkey
Ingredients
1 / 2 kilo issuance of a turkey (without skin and bone)
2 cups flour
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 cups chicken broth
Salt and pepper
Minced parsley and fresh vegetables to provide
Way
- Put turkey breast on a smooth surface, between two layers of plastic and uniqueness with the ways by light and season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle a little flour chests, with the disposal of excess flour.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat, brown the turkey breast for 3 minutes each side until golden on both sides, then lift the side.
- Add the butter, lemon juice, chicken broth and a tablespoon flour, stirring until the sauce is made up.

- Put turkey breast on a plate presentation, and distributed over the lemon and butter sauce, decorated with a little chopped parsley and served with fresh vegetables.
