Cold yogurt soup



Ingredients

1 clove garlic
3 cup yogurt
1 Option size of a large peeled and chopped
4 cup sour milk (Rob)
1 large tomato cut in small cubes
3 tablespoons of almonds (toasted grated)
4 tablespoons minced fresh mint or 2 tablespoons mint Nashef
Salt and pepper


Way

- Well-chopped garlic.
- Add garlic to yogurt and mix well.
- Added option to the yogurt and garlic mixture and stir well until smooth.
- Turns the yogurt and mix well with the mixture and add the tomatoes and the volatility.
- Add the grated almonds and mint Almfire, salt and pepper and well integrated into content.
- Leave the soup for two hours in the refrigerator until the mixture is homogenous integrated components.
- Served cold and can be decorated with fresh mint leaf.
