The power brick with tomatoes, cucumbers




Ingredients

2 cups of the block

1 tablespoon red pepper in small cubes

2 tablespoons diced onion

1 small tomato diced

2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (parsley, basil)

1 Option peeled diced

     Bread toasted tortillas to make


Way

- Mix the ingredients well in a deep bowl until completely homogenous.

- Put power in the serving plate, and served with tortillas or toasted Arabic bread.
