Strawberry jam (strawberry)






Ingredients

1 kg strawberry
5 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice


Way

- Cleaned strawberries and stacked in the glass container so that the layers of sugar and strawberries.
- Put a layer of strawberries and then sprayed and covered with a layer of sugar and put another layer and sprinkle with sugar and cover and also repeated the same way until the amount of sugar is to be the last class.
- Plastic sheet cover tightly and leave in the refrigerator for a day.
- Strawberries and placed the resulting juice and lemon juice on medium heat until it starts boiling then reduce the heat and leave for 5 minutes, then raise strawberries and kept aside and leaves the drink on fire for about 30 minutes until thick.

Set aside to cool slightly and then packed in sterile jars and cover tightly and keep refrigerated.

To test the full maturity of the jam take one teaspoon of jam and then placed in a cold dish and place in refrigerator for a few minutes if holds together and became semi-solid crust on the surface are considered ready. If liquid remains must be returned to the fire once again to complete maturity.
