Chicken with herbs fresh
Ingredients
1 Chicken (1 / 21 kg)
Cut vegetables for stuffing chicken (celery, carrots, onions)
1 Paper Laurel (Laura)
1 small cinnamon promises
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup olive oil
2 / 3 cup fresh aromatic herbs (parsley, green coriander, basil, fresh thyme and oregano)
Water
Salt and pepper
Way
- Wash and dry chicken well.
- Cut stuffed vegetables, bay leaf and cinnamon, then close the chicken stick (trait) teeth to keep the stuffing inside the chicken legs and the connecting thread, welding bear the heat.
- Mixed with herbs and garlic in bowl.
- Lets the chicken with half a cup of good olive oil and a mixture of herbs and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the rest of the amount of oil in a pot over medium heat, add chicken and brown on all sides until it becomes golden in color.
- Add about 2 cups of water, until the leaves begin to boil, cover pot and simmer over medium heat for about 45 minutes or until full maturity of the chicken (with the addition of more water as needed).
- Put chicken in a plate, and serve with bread.
