Plaice and squid with orange juice



Ingredients

2 sole, fillet
4 squid (Sbit)
4 cup orange juice
2 teaspoon saffron
1 Carrot, medium pieces, boiled
1 Potato, medium pieces, boiled
2 squash, cut medium
Salt and white pepper
Fresh herbs, chopped fine for garnish

Way

Clean the fish under cold water, and dried, and cut into slices 5 cm longitudinal thickness, while retaining the remaining machining small to use in padding.
