Potatoes with herbs



Ingredients

1 kg potatoes the size of a large
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons minced parsley large
1 tablespoon ground thyme
1 teaspoon ground sweet red pepper (paprika)
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
Salt and pepper

Way

- Wash and peel potatoes and cut into thick fingers about 2 / 11 cm.
- Soak the potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes then remove and drain well.
- Mixing the oil with the parsley in a deep bowl and add the thyme, paprika and garlic mixture and season with salt and pepper and stir well.
- Put the fingers of potato mixture in the former and cover and leave in the refrigerator (fridge) for at least an hour.
- Heat oven to temperature 200 degrees Celsius.
- The uniqueness of the fingers, potatoes and distributed to the oven with no sheets or sticking it on top of some.
- Placed in the oven for 40 minutes or until tender and brown.
- Serve hot with ketchup sauce (see recipe "BBQ Chicken" dishes door beginning) and a mixture of mayonnaise sauce and paste Retriever (mustard).
