Entrecote with butter and herbs
Ingredients
1 piece beef Entrecote - about 400 grams
4 tablespoons butter a large soft
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
Salt and pepper coarsely crushed
Way
- Add the chopped parsley and a pinch of salt and pepper to the butter, and mix well until homogenous.
- Wrap the butter mixture in plastic and paper in the form of a cylinder diameter of 2 centimeters and leave Balbrad.
- Heat a frying pan on high heat or grill, making sure that it is too hot.
- Alantrcot placed on the grill pan or not to move it with only five minutes from each side, and make sure that all aspects have touched the pan or grill for the same period.
- Alantrcot Palmqlah placed in an oven temperature of 200 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes to complete the maturity or as desired.
- Leaves the meat for a few minutes to cool slightly before serving.
- Cylinder butter cut into rings and placed over the meat when serving.
- Can be made with sauteed vegetables and fried potato sticks.
